This letter confirms that on August 3, 2010, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions CA10-57 for property addressed at 204 East Franklin Street, legally described
as Block 16, Lot 1 R, City of Grapevine. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
1. Install new sign face with aluminum panel on existing posts as per approved
drawings with the condition that a sign permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit isf / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Departm gat 817-410-3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
