conditions CA11-30 for property addressed at 216 West Wall Street legally described as
Blk 12, Lot 12 E, Starr Addition. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Stone, wood and metal sign mount 52" wide containing sign 30" wide X 36" high.
A permit is required.
as per attached drawings with the condition that a permit be obtained from the
building department.
