L B� n. 1 T----� o Lr — �, REQUESTED HISTORIC LANDMARK SUBDISTRICT AND COMMENTS: The applicant is requesting a Historic Landmark Subdistrict designation for property located at 521 Estill Street and platted as Lot 6, Block 100, College Heights Addition. The Historic Preservation Commission, at their January 25, 2012 meeting, adopted the preservation criteria for the subject property addressing such issues as setbacks, driveways, parking, exterior finishes and other architectural embellishments to preserve the historic integrity of the property. The C. L. and Vera Fay Chambers House was constructed c. 1959 in the College Heights Addition to Grapevine, Texas. It is believed to be the smallest house in the city, containing approximately 680 square feet. It is a contemporary version (post 1940) of a traditional folk style; the Side Gable.
