Exterior stucco: Sherwin Williams #SW6643 —"Yam" base coat, finish to be distressed with application of#SW6090 as needed; c. Window mullions: "Satin Black'; d. Future awning and signboard background color to be: "Crepm"; as per the attached photos with the condition Historic Preservation Staff approve color of stucco with distressed finish and future awnings and signs to be approved on a separate Certificate of Appropriateness.
