This letter confirms on February 12, 2018 Historic Preservation staff gp roved with
conditions #CA18-14 for the property addressed 309 South Main Street, legally known as
Block 20, Lot 1-2 S1/2 3 & BLK 19, Lot B, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Repaint exterior front and side of the projecting entrance pavilion in a new
paint color scheme as follows:
a. Building cap and moldings at top of wall: Sherwin Williams #SW6090 —
"Jumping Java";
b. Exterior stucco: Sherwin Williams #SW6643 —"Yam" base coat, finish to
be distressed with application of#SW6090 as needed;
c. Window mullions: "Satin Black';
d. Window trim and front door: Sherwin Williams #SW6090—Jumping Java";
e. Future awning and signboard background color to be: "Crepm";
as per the attached photos with the condition Historic Preservation Staff approve color of
stucco with distressed finish and future awnings and signs to be approved on a separate
Certificate of Appropriateness.
An approved Ce4i icate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and
a permit is is norequired. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-31656—i information regarding permits.
