was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove the existing composition reef shingles and replace them with
new roofing shingles: Tamco Manufacturer, 80 year Warranty, Heritage
Shingles in "Rustic Hickory" color;
as per the attached specification sheets with the condition that all metal posts be
enclosed with wood and a permit is obtained from the Building Department.
