known as Block 101, Lot 7, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct new stone patio, outdoor drill, cooking area and outdoor
fireplace in back yard of existing house;
as per the attached plans and elevations with the condition that final stone samples
and proposed enclosing privacy fence be staff approved on a separate Certificate
of Appropriateness and a permit is obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Cerl,ificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Build"Ing Permit
