Per this application, we are formally requesting a reduction of the twenty-five (25) feet Front Yard Setback to the twenty (20) feet as is allowed within a development of "Period Style" homes. We of course are prepared to comply with the additional requirements placed upon this project as outlined within the R-5 Zoning District Regulations should this application be approved.
