This letter confirms on February 12, 2018 Diatoric Preservation staff approved
with conditl'ons #CA18-16 for the property addressed 901 Sunset Street, legally

known as Flock 2, Lot 1, Powers, J Addition, city of Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this certificate of,appropriateness.
Construct new fencing on the property as described and in the following
locations.
1. Replace existing 4 feet high chain link fence on east side of property
with a 6 foot high cedar fond and rails mounted on metal posts to match
existing fencing;
. construct new 6 feet high cedar fence and rails mounted on metal posts
inside the west and south property lines near the garage with two wood
passage gates, one at each end of the enclosed area;
3. construct new 4 feet high by 8 feet wide hog wire fence panels
constructed on cedar rails and mounted on cedar posts, running from
the house to the corner of the garage, with a wood passage gate;
as per the attached plan and photos with the condition that all metal posts be
enclosed with wood and a permit is obtained from the Building Department.
