approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness -
Construct new perimeter fence in the back yard as per attached plan and
photos to include the following:
8' high wood board on board fence, 115 feet in length;
7' high wood board on board fence, 10 feet in length;
6' high wood board on board fence, 63 feet in length;
5' high iron fence along side of property and
Pair of gates at driveway entrance;
with the conditions al� metal posts of the wood fence to be boxed in with wood and
a building permit is obtained from the Building Department,
An apprg,yed Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Bui d ng Perm t and a
permit is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
