BACKGROUND INFORMATION The City Council at the August 15, 1995 meeting approved Conditional Use Permit CU95-19 (Ord. 1995-60) to establish Joe's Crab Shack and to allow for a planned commercial center with sales, storage and on -premise consumption of alcoholic beverages, a 40 -foot pole sign and a 20 -foot pole sign on the subject site.
