Comments:
Certificate of appropriateness is required for new fence, contact David Klempin at 817-454-4422.
The lot is reverse frontage corner lot. On all reverse frontage corner lots it shall be unlawful to construct a fence
within required side yard area that is adjacent to a front yard area at a distance closer than 15 feet to the side
property line. Revise fence drawing.

to construct in side yard new fencing of 36" high, wood picket fencing, painted

Dear Contractor:
Our records indicate that your company has taken out a permit that has expired
and has not been finaled.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits
In order to reinstate your registration, all expired permits must be reinstated
and finaled. Enclosed is a copy of the permit issued to your company which has
expired.
