Currently the subject site has a 13,125 s.f. office/warehouse building on the northern half of the property and it is the applicant's intent to establish a planned industrial park on the subject site and construct a one story, 14,240 s.f. structure on the southern half of the property for office/warehouse uses. The former nursing home built in the 1960's and later converted to a church has been demolished. Establishing the planned industrial park will allow the applicant to subdivide the property into two lots and convey ownership of the separate lots if/when necessary.
