This letter confirms on April 17, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved
condi Ions ' CA1 -44 for the property addressed 517 East forth Street, legally
described as Block 108, Lot 5, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine, Teas.
The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove existing wood privacy fence at side and rear property line and
replace in the same location a new cedar wood privacy fence, sic feet high
using cedar rails and dog eared style cedar pickets;
as per the attached drawing and photos with the condition a permit beobtainedfrom
the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Tuildin Permit
