This letter confirms on November 12, 2018 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA18-38(b) for the property addressed 412 East Franklin Street, legally
described as Block: 29, Lot: 3, D. E. Box Addition, Grapevine, City of, GV to the Grapevine
Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as
amended, for the following:
Revisions to previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness #CA18-38(b)
to include the following.-
a.
ollowing:
a. Removal of driveway gate;
b. Construction of two new sections wrought iron fence: running between
the southwest corner of the house and the garage; and between the
garage and the wood fence running along the west property line;
C. Sample of the "Grapevine" ornamental fence topper for the upper
portions of the fence sections;
as per the attached site plan and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is Y is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
