This letter confirms on May 3, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-48 for the property addressed 604 East Northwest Highway, legally
described as Block: 1, Lot: 8, Wall Street Township Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct a new brick monument sign to serve the brick retail building;
with the condition brick is to match the brick of the retail building and a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit iso / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
