Based on our review, the proposed installation of 22 pressed concrete piers meets or exceeds industry standards per 2015 International Residential Code (IRC) and the attached Pier Layout. We performed no design associated with the subject property. Our review is based solely on documentation provided for the subject home, including: - MCJA Foundation Repair Evaluation & Repair Plan, dated May 15, 2018. This report is not intended to be a complete technical evaluation of the property. Other problems may become apparent as the seasons and climatic conditions change. There is no warranty, expressed, or implied, concerning the engineering report. Liability is strictly limited to the fee paid for this report.
