This letter confirms on May 15, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-56 for the property addressed 408 East Texas Street, legally
described as 422 Tract 63 & 63A, Dooley, William Survey, City of Grapevine Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove existing 10' x 10' metal storage shed in the rear yard of the house to
prepare for installation of a replacement wooden shed in the same location;
as per the attached photo of the existing shed with the conditions that a
demolition permit be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permi / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 83;.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
