This letter confirms on May 18, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-54 for the property addressed 604 East Northwest Highway, legally
described as Block: 1, Lot: 1A, Adams Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install a wall sign on the front of the building facing Northwest Highway;
2. On the brick monument sign located on the northwest corner of the lot, install two
small signs, one on each side;
all signs will be LED backlit signs, following the Shipley's standards and will only
be turned on during business hours which are 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
as per the attached plans and drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from
the Building Department.
An approved Ce icate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit isl is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 81 .410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
