This letter confirms on May 11, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-52 for the property addressed 851 East Worth Street, legally
described as Block: 5, Lot: 9, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness -
