This letter confirms on April 26, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-42 for the property addressed 208 South Dooley Street, legally
described as Lot: 8R, G.E. Hurst Subdivision, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Wash, scrape, repair wood siding and paint entire house exterior using the
following color scheme: Body — Sherwin Williams "Pure White", #SW7005;
Trim — Sherwin Williams "Bunglehouse Blue", #SW0048; Window units —
"Chelsey Gray", #SW2850; Doors (TBD later);
2. Remove existing wood screens and replace with new screens to match original
design of screens;
3. Repair or replace as necessary wood trim around three windows and door on the
rear of the house;
with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permitis )/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
