This letter confirms on May 24, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-58 for the property addressed 404 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 3, Lot 1, Original Town of Grapevine, City of Grapevine Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove existing flush wood door and replace with new solid wood door with
raised panels;
as per attached photos with the conditions that a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce 'ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 81 .410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
