This letter confirms on May 11, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-49 for the property addressed 629 East Wall Street, legally described
as Block: 1, Lot: 7, Wall Street Township, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct a new 8 feet tall cedar fence; with cedar rails, metal posts enclosed
with wood and color of fence wood pre -stained brown;
as per the attached plan and photo with the condition fence may not exceed 8'-0" in
height at any point and a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit ''/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
