1.0 SUMMARY
This project was initiated to perform medium voltage terminations and testing. All items were tested
according to NETA ATS-17 and job specifications. All work was performed onsite by Justin Parks and Josh
arenas of Electric Power Systems.

Tested per Electric Power Systems test procedures within NETA ATS 2017 guidelines and job specifications.
Unless otherwise specified, all equipment tested was within Manufacturer tolerances as well as NETA
specifications (NETA ATS-17).
