This letter confirms on May 31, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-63 for the property addressed 1313 West Wall Street, Suite #200,
legally described as Block 1, Lot 2B, Wall Office Park, City of Grapevine Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install two painted aluminum signs, one on each side of the existing monument
sign;
as per attached mockup photos with the conditions that a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit'is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
