This letter confirms on June 1, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-64 for the property addressed 629 West College Street, legally
described as Lot D & 10% of Common Office Area, Westchester Place Office, City of
Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install eight temporary signs, 24"x12" in size, stating " Going Out of Business",
to include two yellow signs, three white signs and three green signs to draw
attention to the sale;
as per attached photo with the conditions that a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit (is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
