This permit was issued to A#1 Air Inc. The contractor has notified us that he has attempted to contact you to have the work inspected (certified letter attached). To date the work has still not been inspected. Please be advised that the ordinance adopted by the City of Grapevine requires all work requiring a permit to be inspected. Equipment installation or construction work that does not comply with codes and ordinances can cause damage, injury, and death. Our inspectors look closely to ensure that all codes are met and the installation is safe to the best of their knowledge. Until such time as we issue an inspection approval for your work, we cannot confirm that there are no safety violations. Should you continue to refuse to allow inspection as required by city ordinance, this refusal will be documented and placed in the permanent records for your property. It is a requirement of the city to pull a permit for this type of work and to have a final inspection completed. This is to ensure the installation/repair passes all city codes. It seems that a city inspection was never completed or has not passed for the work that was done.
