Repair and straighten exterior wooden stair and landings and replace any rotted or damaged structural members as required; 2. Replace rotted wood on exterior of building including, wood siding, window and door trim; 3. Replace rotted wood window sill on west side of building to match existing sill; 4. Patch and fill exterior wood as necessary; 5. Repaint exterior of building in the same exact colors on building with no changes; as per the attached photos and work list, with the conditions that a permit be obtained from the Building Department.
