The garage for my house at 404 E Wall Sias gone through multiple iterations due to several issues. If you remember the original garage was approved as 42' long and 6' from the west property border. After some digging at the cities request we had to locate a sewer line that runs through the property near the back which was close to the garage south side. Upon locating the sewer line, vLe fecfnd it was closer to the house than the survey location, so I had to modify the garage by reducing its length by 2' and also move the garage north closer to the house. Also, Manda notified me that the garage was across two lots that I own both of, but she said I could not place the garage across the two lots so we moved the garage to be 16' from the west property line so that the garage was all on one lot. I have since gone back to her and Don and explained that the lots are being platted together and that we will have to remove several pecan trees with the location being 16' from the west border. They have agreed to allow the garage to move back to the original west location which is 6' from the far west property line as we had originally submitted. They want you to sign off on the drawings, so I will bring you two sets. This location is the original CA location only that the garage is the new short size of 40' long rather than 42' long and is a foot closer to the house. Thank you has always for your help.
