These violations must be corrected and re -inspected before this department will issue the Certificate of Occupancy. 1. Flexible gas lines cannot pass through the housing of the air handling units in attics. 2. Remove all extension cords from interior of building, excluding the stage. 3. Install outlet covers on the unsecured electric panel for the stage area. 4. Secure metal clad electric feeds to the M.C. fittings at the steam trays serving line location, and replace the two burned electric outlets. 5. Raise the fixture drain in kitchen to correct the reverse flow from fixture to indirect drain. 6. Close the electric junction boxes and secure the open electric feeds in attic over kitchen.
