This letter confirms on June 26, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission approved with
conditions #CA18-28 for the property addressed 520 South Main Street, legally described as
Block: 4, Lot 2R Per Plat D214062867, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install new 47" projecting sign bracket;
2. Install new projecting sign on front of building over entrance to shop; sign to be
painted on a metal panel;
as per attached drawings with the condition the sign bracket be moved up on the
wall and the sign be positioned centered in the brick sign band below the light fixture
as noted on the drawing, and a building permit be obtained from the Building
Department
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit (ism / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
