This letter confirms on July 3, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-75 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street, Suite
#140, legally described as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazlewood Commercial Building, City of
Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
1. To install a painted metal logo sign 33" x 96" in size above main entrance
doors on the front of the building;
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce,0ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
