The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness - 1 . ppropriateness: 1. Install a new 8' high by 208' long board on board cedar fence inside the west property line; install a new 8' high by 180' long board on board cedar fence inside east property line; 2. Install new 6' high by 110' wrought iron fencing on the property running from the house to the cedar fence on each side of the house; inside of this fencing install one 11' wide by 6' high iron driveway gate across the east driveway; install one 14' wide by 6' high driveway across the west driveway; and install one 3' wide by 6' high iron passage gate across the west sidewalk; as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is / is not required.
