This letter confirms on July 17, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-80 for the property addressed 846 East Worth Street, legally
described as Block 8, Lot 7, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install new powder coated steel, single width driveway gate mounted on
steel support posts; swing gate to be located across the existing driveway,
at the west end of the house;
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Ce ificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit ji is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
