This letter confirms on July 17, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-81 for the property addressed 430 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 3, Lot N 42' 14, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness.-

1. Remove existing plexi -glass sign panels in existing back -lit sign box, on front
of building; replace with new poly-carbonite inserts with new tenant logo and
business name information,
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certlificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit /isi/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
