This letter confirms on July 13, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-83 for the property addressed 736 East Wall Street, legally
described as Block 1, Lot 2, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Repaint exterior of house in new paint color scheme as follows:
Body of House: Sherwin Williams' #HGSW-1495, "Modernist Gray";
Trim: Sherwin Williams' #HGSW-4025, "Belgian White";
Exterior Shutters: Sherwin Williams' # HGSW-2352, "Highland Loch";
as per the attached paint samples.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit sx/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
