This letter confirms on July 17, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-82 for the property addressed 604 East Northwest Highway,
legally described as Block 1, Lot 1A, Adams Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness.-

Grand Opening signs for the period July 18 —August 16, 2018 to include
the following items:
Five yard signs approximately 2 feet x 3 feet in size;
One inflatable cup, approximately 10 tall in size; Inflatable is to be up only
during opening hours, approximately 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
as per the attached drawings with the condition a permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
