DATE: MARCH 22, 2001 SUBJECT: CU01-18 SILVER FOX RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Site Plan Review Committee consider the proposed changes to the previously approved site plan associated with C000-52 Silver Fox, approved by the Site Plan Review Committee on September 26, 2000, and take any action necessary. The original conditional use permit approved the possession, storage, retail sale, and on premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, and mixed drinks) in conjunction with a restaurant (Good Eats). Conditional Use permit CU99-05, later amended the previously approved site plan, allowing the addition of an 8,838 square foot retail building on the existing lot. Conditional Use permit C000-52 amended the previously approved site plan to allow the revision of the building elevations, the enclosure of two existing patios, and the rearrangement of the existing floor plan. The Proposed amendment would alter the building elevations and allow for the rearrangement of the previously approved floor plan. The proposals are as follows: Building Elevation Revisions: • The applicant is proposing the deletion of a porte-cochere at the entrance of the building. • The applicant is proposing the deletion of the previously approved ornamental dome.
