The Site Plan Review Committee of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Session, on
this the 8 1h day of August, 2018, in the Planning and Zoning Conference Room, 200
South Main Street, Second Floor, Grapevine, Texas with the following members
present-to-wit:
Larry Oliver Chairman
Scott Williams Member
Constituting a quorum with Darlene Freed absent and the following City Staff:
Ron Stombaugh Development Services Assistant Director
Albert Triplett Jr. Planner 11
Susan Batte Planning Technician
CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Oliver called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
NEW BUSINESS
CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION CU18-20 — PARK PLACE LEXUS
First for the Committee to consider was conditional use application CU18-20 for
property located at 901 East State Highway 121 and platted as Lot 1A, Block 1, Park
Place Lexus. The applicant was requesting a conditional use permit amend the
previously approved site plan of CU12-09 (Ord. 2012-16) approved at the April 17, 2012
meeting for an automobile dealership with sales and service of new and used vehicles,
specifically for the addition of a shade structure.
After a brief discussion, Larry Oliver to approve conditional use application CU18-20.
Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Oliver and Williams
Nays: None
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
Next for the Committee to consider were the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of
March 7, 2018 minutes.
Larry Oliver moved to approve the Site Plan Review Committee minutes of March 7,
2018. Scott Williams seconded the motion, which prevailed by the following vote:

ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Larry Oliver adjourned the meeting at 1:35 p.m.
