This letter confirms on August 3, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-79 for the property addressed 907 East Texas Street, legally
described as Block 3, Lots 5 & 6, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Replace nine existing metal windows with new single hung aluminum windows of
same size, proportions and appearance;
as per attached plans and specifications with the conditions that a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit(' is,,/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
