Elevation: Approximately 10-12' below existing grade Observation Results: Based on the observations, the subgrade soils for the locations proofrolled/compacted appeared to be firm and stable. Comments: There was water seepage on the East side of the excavated area. Wet/sloppy material was removed and replaced with dry material and immediately proof rolled.
