On July 24th, 2018, a representative of Terracon was present at the above referenced project to obtain 1 set of 5 concrete
test cylinders cast on July 23rd, 2018. The samples were taken back to the Terracon laboratory where they were cured
under general accordance with ASTM C31 and will be reported under separate cover 95181011.0371 Parking Garage
Structure.
