This letter confirms on August 22, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-95 for the property addressed 518 Estill Street, legally described
as Block 102, Lot 6, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct new 6 foot high cedar board beside board, privacy fence;
pickets to be dog-eared style, mounted on cedar rails with metal posts
boxed in with cedar pickets;
2. Construct new 3 foot wide walk-through gate at each side of the house,
between house and side property line,-

as per the attached plans with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit ,'is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
