This letter confirms on August 14, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-87 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street, Suite
#110, legally described as Block 1, Lot 1, Hazelwood Commercial Addition, City of
Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Install new 36 inch high by 116 inch wide wall sign on the exterior wall of
tenant space facing the street; sign to be a painted aluminum sign, with no
vinyl letters;
as per the attached plans with the condition a sign permit be obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit , is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817410-3165 for information regarding permits.
