This letter confirms on August 14, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-88 for the property addressed 412 East Franklin Street, legally
described as Block 30, W75'E80'4, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Installation of landscape plan to include the following items: new crushed
stone walkways; new rear patio at grade, new composite deck; new wood
pergola;
2. Installation of freestanding fireplace;
3. Installation of outdoor kitchen;
as per the attached plans with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit 'is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817-410-3165 for information regarding permits.
