following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Revised paving plan for placement of driveway, parking area and
walkways, previously approved by the Historic Preservation Commission;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved C "ficate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit
and a permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 17-410-3165 for information regarding permits.

This letter confirms on December 10, 2018 Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA18-96(b) for the property addressed 924 East Worth Street, legally
described as Block 9, Lot 3R, D.E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness.-
Revisions
ppropriateness:
Revisions to driveway and entranceway at East Worth street, previously
approved by the Historic Preservation Commission to include the
following items:
a. Install a new concrete curb at street;
b. Narrow the driveway entrance and curb cut;
c. Reconfigure the driveway width, parking area and sidewalk to entrance
of house;
as per the attached plan with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
