This letter confirms on August 24, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA18-97 for the property addressed 629 West College Street, legally
described as Lot D & 10% of Common Office Area, Westchester Place Office, City of
Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness.-
Remove
ppropriateness:
Remove existing wood sign panel of past tenant and install new wood sign
panel with new tenant graphics in the previously approved existing ground
sign, located in the parking area in front of the building;
as per attached photo and drawing with the conditions that a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
