This letter confirms on September 4, 2018 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA18-102 for the property addressed 129 South Main Street,
legally described as Block: 1, Lot: 1, Hazelwood Commercial Building, City of Grapevine
Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install two temporary banners regarding co -working and office space leasing for
Hazelwood Building as follows:
a. Banner one — 36" high x 20' long on north end of the building;
b. Banner two — 36" high x 20' wide on the southwest diagonal wall of the
building,
with the condition banner permits be obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
