BACKGROUND,
Congress provided $100 million for the Job Access and Reverse
Commute Program
COG in coordination with Northeast Tarrant County cities has
secured approval for $1.5 million for this program
$500 thousand available per year for 3 years for all participating
cities (5 cities).

Program will provide job access for low income employees
lzl- Involves a van shuttle service from the Trinity Railway Express
(TRE) line into Grapevine to connect to all major employers
