Airport staff has reviewed the proposed zoning change in zoning case
#CU01-22 and finds that the proposed use is compatible with airport and
aviation activities.
Given the location of the project, we would highly recommend that the

proposed zoning changes. Also, if this zoning change is granted, the applicant
should be advised of their obligation under Federal Aviation Regulation to notify
e FAA or their intent and to seek a FAA airspace review.
