The Highway 157 Joint Venture owns property fronting at the intersection of S 12
and 5H360 immediately south of the Frank Parra Dodge dealership currently under
development. We strongly support the proposed development of a Hummer
Dealership, as summarized in File #001-27, generally located at the northeast
corner of William D. Tate Avenue and Prospect Parkway. Therefore, we are in
favor of the CUP for this proposed use.
